<br />WH~R,EAS, it appears to the City Ccxnaission of the City of La Porte
<br />that it is in the best interest of said City to employ. Hedrick & Stanley,
<br />Consulting Engineers, in accordance with the terms, conditions anal
<br />agreements coa~tained in that certain contract attached hereto and. marked
<br />"Exhibit A" ;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COB~EISSmN OF THE CITY
<br />OF LA FORTE, That said City employ the said Hedrick & Stanley, Consulting
<br />Engineers, ansl that H. P. Pfeiffer, Mayor of said City, ar~d Frank G.
<br />Baker, City Clerk, be, and they are hereby, authorized and instructed to
<br />execute and deliver on behalf of said City the written contract marked
<br />"Exhibit A" hereto attached and made a part hereof.
