<br />Pfeiffer, with the following members present: Cornr~issioners Broom, Boyle,
<br />Osburn ar~I Lawler, Supt.~~, A. Arthur, Special Counsel Jno. S. Kiibler, and
<br />City Clerk Frank G. Baker.
<br />Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

<br />The City Commission disc~.assed the loud speaker permits, rfter Discussing the
<br />hours that the stores should use speakers, it was decided the hours should be
<br />9:00 A. pq. to 6:00 P. LL, and not to be raised :yore than a-~rnin, level.
<br />I~.4otion by Lawler, second by Osburn, that the P.Iayor be authorized to take bids
<br />on Radar Unit.

<br />The gas inspection charge was discussed aril it was unanimously agreed that the
<br />ordinance be mended, to elixainate the gas inspection and fee for sane.
<br />L2otion by Boyle, seQOnd by Lawler, that Corixissioner Boyle be authorized to
<br />prepare specifications on 750 gallon pt~per,an~. for Fire Station, and subnit
<br />at next regular meeting.
<br />Carried.
<br />Lotion by 13rcrrm, second by Lawler, that the La Porte Independent School be
<br />allowed to tie into storm sewer.
<br />Carried.
<br />Mayor Pfeiffer asked that the bids on Fire Station and City Hall be opened.
