M, <br />Regular Yeetin~ of the City Coeolission was called to ®rder by,Mayor H, r. <br />rfeiffer, with the following members present: Coru~i.ssisners Lawler, <br />Brown, ant Osborn, Special Counsel Jn®. S. Kiibler, Supt. W.A. Arthur, <br />and City Clerk Frank G. Baker. <br />Als• present were Guy ~.obertson, George Counts and Walter Roberson. <br />Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. <br />Carried. <br />J~ <br />Mr. Guy Robertson appeared before the Commission to discuss a rifle ranfe <br />for the wall boys that usually play with his boy. rermissien for sale <br />was refused, <br />Jud=e Counts discussed the problems that his Court is experiencing, and <br />asked the Coa~mission to dive him copies of traffic ordinances that per- <br />tain t® cases that come before his Court. Attsrney Kiibler will prepare <br />ordinances that City does not have at this tine, cofering traffic <br />violations. <br />Walter Roberson appeared before the Coxmi.ssion to discuss the problems <br />that the Zoning Commission has pertaining to attendance. He felt that <br />the C~aimission should stress this importance t• a prospective member <br />on Zoning Board before placing they on the Bears. <br />Motion by Osborn, second by Lawler, that the City fol].nr the recsmmenda- <br />tions set up by Schosl Tax Assessor Osborne, City Assessor Baker, Attorney <br />Kiibler and Ernest Brown, Jr., pertaining to the collection of delinquent <br />taxes. <br />Carried, <br />M®tion by Osborn, sec®nd by L~ler, that the City Clerk be authorized <br />to advertise and receive bids on January 15, 1'Ge, for the garage apart- <br />ment fonerly occupied by the paid fireman. <br />Carried. <br />Motion by, Lawler, second by Brown, that Ordinance No, 57~ be adopted as <br />read. The caption of such adopted ordinance reads as f ollows: <br />AN ORDIlJANCE rRESCRIBING SEVPE~.
