Arthur will work on a list of the local merchants <br />and set down the charges for each. <br />Potion by Brown, second by Osborn, that inasmuch as the school has agreed to <br />pay the cost of curb and gutter, th€~t Carlos Smith be advised to install curb <br />and gutter in front of the De tPalt Elementary school. <br />Carried. <br />A discussion on r1hen a building permit should or should not be required, was <br />held. Pw~ayor Pfeiffer stated that at the present time, all perr_iits are required <br />to be okayed by the Zoning Commission, but that he felt like when the application <br />was for a small repair job, it should not have to be passed on by the Commission. <br />rBrs. Elsie k~oore, a member of the Zoning Board stated that the emergency ordin- <br />ance which was passed provided. that the Zoning Board pass on all building per- <br />mits, demolishing and repair permits. This matter will be discussed further <br />at a meeting of the Zoning Board and the Commission in the near future. <br />Commissioner Dunham sts.ted that when the Advisory Board for the Zoning Comm- <br />ission is set up, if and when the Zoning Ordinance is finally passed, he would <br />like to see members of the present Zoning Board be appointed to this Advisory <br />group, as they would be familiar ,,pith all phases of the ordinance. <br />~7otion by Osburn, second by Dunham, that P~Irs. Eugenie tiller and i`oalter Rober- <br />son be reappointed to the Zoning Commission, for a two year term. <br />Carried. <br />Tiotion by Stabs, second by Osburn, that Fred Ruff, G.C. Atic Co11um and Chas. This bill is for rerouting power lines around the neva elevated water <br />tank, and the action was taken at this compar~yts request. <br />
