# ~ ~O <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT; <br />AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF SEWER SYSTEM TIME WARRANTS <br />OF CITY; PRESCRIBING TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF SAID <br />WARRANTS; LEVYING TAXES TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF <br />AND INTEREST ON SAID WARRANTS; AND CONTAINING <br />OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS § <br />COUNTY OF HARRIS § <br />The City Commission of the City of La Porte, Texas, con- <br />• <br />vened in regular session at the City Hall within said City at 7:00 <br />/ ~G Z-- <br />o'clock P.M, on the day ~, with the following <br />members present, to-wit: <br />H. P. Pfeiffer }; ••. <br />Mayor <br />Commissioner and <br />Mayor Pro Tem <br />a. A. Stabs, Jr. <br />. n <br />Dennis Dunham <br />Commissioner <br />r <br />and the following member (s ) absent, to-wit : `,o~~ ._ ~~-~- `~~~ <br />when, among other business had, the following was transacted: <br />The Mayor introduced an ordinance which was read in full. <br />• <br />Commissioner c~ j~t~f~-- made a motion that the ordinance <br />be adopted as read. Commissioner ~-~--- seconded <br />the motion for adoption of the ordinance. The motion, carrying with <br />it the adoption of the ordinance, prevailed by the following vote: <br />AYES : Commissioners Stabs,'', ~"" <br />Dunham, and Mayor Pfeiffer. <br />NOES: None. <br />~~ <br />The Mayor thereupon announced that the motion had duly and <br />lawfully carried, and that the ordinance had been duly and lawfully <br />adopted.
