Bids were received and opened on Paving of <br />Parking Area behind City Hall from the following: <br />Black Top Paving Co., Inc. $ 5,395.80 <br />Brown and Root, Inc. 4,027.00 <br />Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by Corrcni.ssioner <br />Brown, that all bids be rejected.
