Manny City Clerk. <br />~ # ~ <br />PRESIDING: Mayor Harold Pfeiffer. <br />~ ~ ~ <br />1. Bids on Lift Station No. 2 were opened. Three bids BIDS ON LIFT <br />were submitted as follows: STATION N0. 2 <br />Navajo Construction Co. $ l~,7~0.00 <br />J. M. Ho113.s Construction Co. ?,95..00 <br />Couch Construction Co, l~,950.00 <br />Commissioner Osburn made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Brown, that the contract be awarded to Navajo <br />Construction Company. Motion carried. <br />~ ~ # <br />2. Minutes of the previous meetings, Regular Meeting <br />of July 6, 1962 and the Special Meeting of July 16, 1962, were <br />read and approved. <br />~ ~ 3~ <br />3. Motion was made by Commissioner Osburn, seconded <br />by Commissioner Brown, that the City Engineer be authorized to <br />hire three laborers for a period of two months. Motion carried. <br />~ ~ # <br />AUTHORIZATION <br />OF 3 ADDITIONAL <br />LABORERS. <br /> <br />
