The <br />proposal included an independent audit at the end of the fiscal <br />year, and two periodic, surprise test-checks during the year, <br />for an approximate fee of one thousand dollars ($ 1,000.00) <br />plus travel expenses. <br />Co,Tflni.ssioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Brown, that the proposal be rejecteal at the present <br />time, subject to possible further consideration at a later date. <br /># ~ ~ <br />T.
