Minutes of the Regular Meeting, October 3, 1962 <br />were read and approved. <br />~ ~ ~ <br />2. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by RESOLUTION 90-52 <br />Commissioner Osburn, that Resolution No.lp-62, stating that the "GLOB/NG ALLEY /N <br />City has no objection to the closing of ttie alley in Block 1372 B~K. 9372" <br />by the County Commissioners. Motion carried. (Resolution No. <br />10-b2 filed in Resolution Book.) <br />~ # ~ <br />3. Motion made by Commissioner Osburn, seconded by AUTHORIZATION To <br />Commissioner Stabs that statement from Moroney, Beissner and PAY ~ 9,230.00 To <br />Company, Inc., Houston, Texas, in the amount of one thousand two MORONEY BEISNER <br />hundred thirty dollars ($ 1,230.00); fee for services and reim- <br />bursement of expenses in connection with refunding of forty-one <br />thousand dollars ($ l~1,000.00) of 6~ warrants into an issue of <br />City of La Porte 2-7/S ~ Refunding Bonds; be honored and paid. <br />Motion carried. <br />~ ~ <br />
