Motion carried. <br />4. Motion was made by Commissioner Osburn, DISCUSSION ON <br />seconded by Commissioner Dunham, that the additional LOUD SPEAKER PER- <br />information presented in regard to a request for a MIT (WILSON) <br />loudspeaker at Smitty's Drive-In, containing signatures <br />of four neighbors .approving the request, be referred <br />to Commissioner Stabs and to Chief Freeman for their <br />study.
