P. Pfeiffer; Commissioners Frank G. Baker, Russell <br />Shepherd, W. A. Stabs, Jr. <br /> <br />MEMBERS OF CO/~'N/SS/ON ABSENT: Commissioner <br />Tom Osburn. <br /> <br />OTHER CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: Clovis D. <br />Mann, City Clerk. <br /> <br />• <br />1. Mr. K. A. Wainscott, President of Machine <br />Records, Inc. was present by invitation to present pro- <br />posal for placing delinquent tax roll and current tax <br />roll on data processing. <br />WAINSCOTT PRESENTS <br />P0~4~SAL 0~"J DATA <br />PROCESSING TAX <br />SYSTEM. <br />After thorough discussion and consideration, <br />Comamissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Stabs, that the City enter into contract with Machine ENTER INTO CONTRACT <br />Records, Inc., for this work. Motion carried. (Copies WITH MACHINE f?ECORDS <br />of the contracts attached hereto.) INC. <br /> <br />2. Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded TITLE POLICY ON <br />by Commissioner Baker, that the City furnish a Title Policy BLOCK 4, BA';~FRGNT <br />in regard to the sale of Block 4, Bayfront Addition, and <br />that "F" Street on the South side of Block 4 and the alley <br />be opened. Motion carried. <br />* * « <br />• <br />3. Three Purchase Orders were submitted for <br />consideration. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded <br />by Commissioner Baker, that the following purchases be <br />authortzed: <br />Purchase Order No. 195, for 500 Ft. of 8" B & S <br />Gasket Sewer Ptpe, for approxtmately <br />$ 385.00, to be used for relocating <br />of sewer line on Bayou Properties. <br />City to be reimbursed by owner. <br />APPROVAL OF <br />PURCHASE ORDERS <br />
