Mrs. Dan Kennedy appeared before the Commission REQUEST TO PAINT <br />to request permission to paint the inside of the Community lP/SIDE CF COMMUNITY <br />Building, at an approxtmate cost of two hundred dollars, BLDG. <br />(.~ 200.00) . <br />Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded <br />by Commtssioner Stabs, that authorization be granted. Motion made by Commissioner Osburn, seconded by APPROVAL OF P. 0. <br />Commissioner Shepherd, that a Purchase Order to Garcon Meter TO GAMON METER DIV. <br />Corporation, for approxtmately one hundred thirty-one dollars, <br />(~ 939.00) be approved. Commtssioner Osburn made a motion, seconded by POLICY TO CNARGE~ <br />Commissioner Baker, that procedures be established to charge PROPERTY OWNERS FOR <br />for any water used by property owners for clean-up purposes ~'/ATEr: USED 0,'V RENT <br />between renters. Motion card ed. P40PERTY <br />* * ~ <br />8. Motion made by Commissioner Stabs, seconded by SEABROOK TO FAY <br />Commtssioner Shepherd, that the City accept one hundred ~ 900.00 MO. ON <br />dollars (,~ 900.00) per month from the City of Seabrook, for RADIO DISPATCHING. <br />radio dispatching. Monies to be depostted to the General <br />Fund. Motion made by Commissioner Stabs, seconded <br />by Commtssioner Osburn, that Mr. Herman Wilson Clark, be <br />employed as a full time Fireman, at four hundred dollars <br />(~ 400.00) per month, as a replacement for C.
