The Comvnisston considered a request from CLIFF HYDE REQUESTS <br />Mr. Cliff Hyde for a ten (10) year extension to his <br />(10) YR. EXT NS/GN <br />present Airport Lease, to permit him to make the follow- 0^;% AIRPORT LEASE <br />ing improvements on his lease: <br />Construct a new hangar on the east side of his <br />present hangar, one hundred feet (100) Long and eighty <br />(80) feet wide, all metal prefabricated construction. <br />Floor to be a four (4) inch concrete slab, reinforced <br />with six (6) inch wire mesh and twelve (12) inch by <br />eighteen (18) tnch concrete rtbbon around, with bail <br />bottom reaching down to clay. Hangar will have eight <br />(8) to ten (10) sky-lites in the top and will be <br />designed to be very attractive. <br />Asphalt apron to be of stabilized shell with a <br />one and one-half (1~i) inch asphalt topping; to be one <br />hundred (100) feet wide and one hundred eighty (180) <br />feet Long. <br />A taxi-way fifty (50) feet wide and one hundred <br />(100) feet long extending toward the hard surfaced <br />runway. <br />Commissfoner Osburn made a motion, seconded by <br />
