Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS <br />Commissioner Baker, that the City Clerk be authorized fo FOR 1964 POLICE <br />accept bids on a new Police Patrol Car, that such bids to be PATROL UNIT <br />submitted to the City Clerk not later than 5:00 p. m., Decem- <br />ber 13, 1963. Acceptance of bids to be advertised in news- <br />paper in accordance with City Charter. Motion carried. <br /> <br />• <br />5. Commissioner Baker made a motion, seconded by APPROVAL OF REPAIR <br />Commissioner Shepherd, that porposed mechanical work on WORK ON F~LICE <br />Police Card in the approximate amount of one hundred six UN/T <br />dollars, (~ 106.00) be approved. Motion carried. <br />* ~ <br />6. Motion made by Commissioner Baker, seconded by AUTHORIZATION TO <br />Commissioner Shepherd, that statement submitted by City PAY C. L. PITMAN <br />Attorney C. L. Pitman in the amount of five hundred twenty- FOR FILING DELIN- <br />eight dollars and seventy-five cents, (~` 528.75) be approved QUENT TAX SUITS. <br />for payment. Motion tarred. Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded APPROVAL OF ADMIN- <br />by Commissioner Stabs, that Administrative Memorandum No. 9, ISTRATIVE MEMO #9 <br />dated November 19, 1963, subject "Office Procedure in Collecttng <br />and Receipting of Delinquent Taxes", as submitted by City <br />Administrator Clovis D.
