<br />3. Commissioner Baker made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Osburn, that the following Purchase Orders be <br />approved: <br />P. O. 663, Minnesota Mining Mfg. Co. ~ 97.80 <br />P. 0. 664, " " " 50.10 <br />P. 0. 665, " " " 86.40 <br />P. O. 709, Mabry Foundry Co. 297.80 <br />P. 0. 710, Utility Supply Co. 200.00 <br />P. 0. 686, Gammon Meter Div. 126.87 <br />Mo tion carried. <br /> <br />4. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Osburn, that the following persons be appointed <br />to serve as the Tax Equalization Board for 1964. Motion <br />carried. <br />W. A. (Tony) Arthur <br />Frank Boyle, Jr. <br />J. N. Johnson <br /> <br />5. Commissioner Osburn made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Baker, fhat the purchase of an adding machine <br />for the City Offices, in the amount of two hundred forty-two <br />dollars and twenty-five cents, (~ 242.25) be approved. Motion <br />carried. <br />6. The repair of Water Well No. 3, was discussed. <br />It was decided that some ftrm estimates on the cost of repair <br />be obtained. <br />* ~ <br />7. Motion was made by Commissioner Baker, seconded <br />by Commissioner Osburn, that the following accounts payable <br />be approved for payment. Motion carried. <br />Voucher No. 770, to J. 0. Ro l i ins, ,~ 300.00. ($ 200.00 <br />of this amount was approved at the March 2nd Council meeting.) <br />Voucher No. 755, to Houston Lighting and Power, <br />in the amount of ,~ 459.18. <br />Voucher No. 433, to Houston Lighting and Power, in <br />the amount of .~ 916.71. <br /> <br />8. Motion was made by Commisstoner Baker, seconded by <br />Commissioner Shepherd, that Resolution No. 27-64, authorizing <br />certain mortgage arrangements for Cliff Hyde on the Airport <br />Lease be approved. Motion carried. (Resolution No. 27-64 <br />becomes a permanent part of these mtnutes, and is attached <br />as Exhibit A.) <br />170 <br />
