Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Baker, that the City purchase the tractor and trailer, which we are now leasing from the Mustang Tractor Company. Such purchase in accordance with agree- ment entered tnto with Mustang Tractor Company on May 4, 1964. Purchase price, seven thousand three hundred forty dollars, • ($ 7,340.00). Motion carried.
