Motion carried. <br /> " <br /> w Commissioner Shepherd: "Yes <br /> a Commissioner Osburn: "Yes" <br /> Commissioner Baker: "Yes" <br /> Commissioner Stabs; "No" <br /> ® Mayor Pfeiffer: "Yes" <br /> ~' In view of the above vote, Commissioner Baker made a motion, <br /> " seconded by Commissioner Shepherd, that the City Attorney <br /> L1J prepare an Ordinance effecting the amendment to the Zoning <br /> ~ Ordinance, to be passed at the same time as the application <br /> W for the Building Permit is approved for construction of the <br /> Q,. apartment project. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> ~ + + + <br /> ~ 1+. A letter from the Bayshore Municipal Utility District, re- <br /> ~ questing termination of the contract with the City for <br /> (~ maintenance, billing and collecting, was presented. <br /> CL~ <br /> Commissioner Osburn made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Baker, that the contract be terminated as of the close of <br /> business on January ~+, 1965, and that the City render all <br /> possible aid and cooperation to the District during the <br /> transition interim. Motion carried. <br />5. Commissioner Osburn made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Stabs, that Commissioner Baker and City Engineer Smith be <br />authorized to proceed in finding a qualified Street Maint- <br />enance Man, and to report back to the Commission with their <br />recommendations. Commissioner Osburn made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Shepherd, that a Purchase Order to Damon Meter Company for <br />meter repair parts, for approximately $300.00, be <br />approved.
