Commissioner Osburn reported that after having studied <br />a proposal made by Sanitary Serv3.ce of America, Inc., <br />he did not feel that it would be advisable for the <br />City to enter into a contract with said company, at <br />this time. A motion was made by Commissioner Shepherd, and seconded <br />by Commissioner Baker, that the City Engineer be author- <br />ized to rent a Dozer D 7 for one weeks at the rate of <br />$275.00 per week.
