The City Engineer presented a map showing the <br />correct surveyed location of Donaldson Street. <br />Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Shepherd, that the plat be approved <br />and adopted by the City Commisston, and that the <br />City Engineer have the plat reproduced. Further, <br />that the City Attorney forward a copy to NIr. John <br />A Mac Donald, Jr. and insturct him to have the <br />fence obstructing the rights-of-way of Donaldson <br />Street removed by mtdntght May 96, 1965. A motion was made by Commissioner Stabs, seconded <br />by Commissioner Compton, that Keith Cummins of <br />Cummins, Reed & Clements, Architects be employed <br />as the Architect for the Library Building at 7% <br />of the construction cost, and the Community and <br />Jail Buildings at 6~ of construction cost.
