The City Engineer stated that N. A. Shepherd, 1216 <br />West "B" Street, has built a nonconforming garage, <br />without a permit. The City Attorney was instructed <br />to write Mr. Shepherd outlining the regulation of the <br />Zoning Ordinance and recommending that he purchase <br />4' of the adjacent lot.
