4. Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Compton that Resolution No. 65-49, terminating a certin agreement dated December 22, 9958, between the City and Industries made parties to that agreement dated December 30, 9969, between the City and the same parties and?or their successors, be passed. Motion carried. + + + 5. John Kiibler, Jr. presented the City with a statement for legal services on the Industrial Contract, in the amount of $9,045.00, Approval of payment was withheld. + + + 6. Mr. Ernest Brown advised the City Commission by Letter that it would be advisable to change the date of the Airport Revenue Bonds, Series 9965 from January 95 to December 15. The City Commission had previously passed, at its regular meeting of December 6, 9965, Ordinance No. 726, authoriztng the issuance of these Revenue Bonds. Mr. Brown presented to the Commission with his letter a substitute Ordinance No. 730, identical in ali respects to Ordinance No. 726 with the exception of the change of date of the Bonds, and recommended that Ordtnance No. 726 be repealed. On motion of Commissioner Shepherd and seconded by Commissioner Osborn Ordinance No. 730 was passed on first and final reading. + + + 7.
