She stated that the bill <br />fs very high and that she fells that something should be done <br />to correct it. Commissioner Osborn and Richard Gates were <br />instructed fo recheck the meter. <br />+ + + <br />4. Mr. W. T. Carter, Jr. presented the preliminary plans for <br />Section No. 3, Shady River. The City Engineer pointed out <br />a few exceptions to the plans. He was requested to meet <br />with Mr. Carter and work out these small points. <br />+ + + <br />5.
