Commissioner Stabs requested that accounts payable items to <br />be presented to the Commission for approval be approved by <br />the Commissioner in charge in advance. <br />+ + + <br />9. A motion was made by Commissioner Compton, and seconded by <br />Commissioner Shepherd that the purchase of two car toads <br />of rock asphalt, at contract price, be approved. Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Stabs that the City Engineer be authorized to prepare plans <br />and specifications for asphalt topping and that bids be <br />received at 7:00 P.M., May 16, 1966 at the City NaCI.
