Pfeiffer, Commissioners <br />Russell Shepherd, Charles D. Boyle, and W. A. Stabs, Jr. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COMMlSS10N ABSENT: Lois J. Compton. <br />OTHER CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: Knox W. Ask ins City Atforney, City <br />ngineer H. Carlos Smith, Chief of Police H. F. Freeman, Fire <br />Chief H. Gould Crofoot, and City Clerk Marilyn Kelley. <br />PRESIDING: Mayor Pfeiffer. <br />+ + + <br />1. Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle that the statement of allowances and a change order for <br />the Civic Center, at no extra cost to the City, be approved. <br />(See Exhibit No. 7). Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />2. A motion was made by Commissioner Boyle, seconded by Commissioner <br />Shepherd and carried that the City Clerk be authorized to pay <br />Moore and Moore Estimate No. 4, Library, X4,230. and Estimate No. 3, <br />''i Civic Center, $4,320. and Cummins, Reid and CCements, .111.06. <br />Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />3. The City Clerk was authorized to pay the balance owed on Bank notes. <br />+ + + <br />4. Commissioner Boyle m <br />and carried that the <br />Willie 8ursey <br />Andrew Crate <br />Gary Hannan <br />ode a motion, Seconded by Commissioner Shepherd, <br />following employeeds be given salary adj ustments: <br />~ 1.60 <br />1.60 <br />1.60 <br />+ + + <br />THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS AT NAND, THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED. <br />~~ ,,-~-/ <br />H.
