Commissioner Shepherd made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle That the City CCerk be authorized to purchase a 17" <br />Cento Oxford Buffing Machine from Center Chemical Company, <br />X335.00. A motion was made by Commissioner Shepherd, and seconded by <br />Commissioner Boyle, that M,rlrilyn Kelley, Local Registrar be <br />authorized to attend the Vital Statistics Clinic, November <br />28th and 29th, in Austin. Commissioner Boyle made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Compton <br />that the Mayor and City Cierk be authorized to execute a contract <br />with the Mercer Construction Company, for the construction of <br />water and sewer lines to the the Kroger Store, and in the Alley <br />in the first block North of Main Street.
