A motion was made by Commissioner Compton, and seconded by <br />Commissioner Boyle, that the City approve a contract with <br />Harris County to purnish meals for County prisoners betng <br />held in the La Porte Jaii. Commissioner Boyle made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Compton, That fhe traffic light at Jacinto and "C" Streets <br />be modified to allow flashing as desired by the Police <br />Department.
