<br />4. Commissioner Stabs made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle, that a Public Hearing be held at 7:00 P.M., December 98, <br />9967, to consider the re-zoning of Block 969, Town of La Porte, <br />from Class Residential to Class Commercial. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />5. A motion was made by Commissioner Boyle, seconded by Commissioner <br />Burgin, and carried, that the following accounts payable be approved: <br />Mabry Foundry & SuppCy Company 929.79 <br />Gamon Meter Company 928.05 <br />Nead-Guild Equipment Company 269.69 <br />Andy Cordell Brick Company 998.00 <br />Mabry Foundry & Supply Company 990.29 <br />Knox uV. Mayor Pfeiffer called a special meeting for 7:00 P.M, Monday, <br />November 27, 9967, to discuss the Street Paving Program. <br />+ + + <br />8. A motion was made by Commissioner Burgin, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle, and carried, that the following employees be given a $25.00 <br />a month raise, effective December 9, 9967: <br />Lyman Cunningham <br />Clifford Ellis <br />+ + + <br />9. Commissioner Boyle made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Stabs, that H. Carlos Smith be authortzed to attend school <br />at Texas A & M University, November 28 thru 30.
