• 5. CommissionerCompton made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Stabs, that the letter on weed cutting notices be approved as submitted, with minor changes. Commisstoners Compton and Stabs voted "Yes", with Commissioner Boyle voting "No". Motion carried. (See Exhibit No. 2). + + + 6. A motion was made by Commissioner Compton, and seconded by Commissioner Boyle, that that the City authorize a ninety day trial of the refuse sach system, and that the M,onday- Thursday route be selected for the ;trial. Clark be hired as a patd fireman at a salary .25.00 less than maximum, and that the Chief be authorized to increase the salary in three months or on his recommendation. + + +
