Pence has sold the company to B. F. Horn, and that <br />Mr. Horn is requestina a franchise to operate to the City of La <br />Porte. (See Exhibits 2 and 3). <br />Commissioner Burgin made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle, that a Taxi franchise be issued to ~~r. 8. F. Horn. <br />Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />7. Commissioner Compton made a mottos, seconded by Commissioner <br />Crofoot, that Ordinance No. 780-A be passed on first and <br />final reading. <br />CAPTION: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 780, THE CITY OF LA PORTS <br />ZON/NG O.RDINANCE,RE CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF SEVERAL <br />PARCELS OF LAND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />+ + + <br />8.
