P. Pfeiffer, Commissioners <br />H. Gould Crofoot, Lois J. Compton, Charles D. Boyle, Bobby J. <br />Burgin. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION ABSENT: None <br />OTHER C/TY OFFICIALS PRESENT: City Clerk N~arilyn Kelley, City Engineer <br />H. Carlos Smith, Chief of Police H. F. Freeman, Superintendent <br />of Water Lyman Cunntngham. <br />PRESIDING: Mayor Pfeiffer. <br />+ + + <br />1. The minutes of the regular meeting of September 9, 1968 were approved <br />as written. <br />+ + + <br />2. The Director of Public Works presented a detailed report on the <br />tabulation of the survey relating to the Garbage Sack Collection <br />''ys tem. <br />Action was tabled for study of the report. <br />+ + + <br />3. Commissioner Crofoot made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle and carried, that Ordinance No. 797 be passed on first and <br />final reading. <br />CAPTION: <br />AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR DISTRIBUTION <br />AND SALE OF NATURAL GAS WITHIN THE CITY, AND REPEALING ALL <br />OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. <br />+ + + <br />4. A motion was made by Commissioner Compton, seconded by Commtssioner <br />Crofoot and carried, that Ordinance No. 798 be passed on first <br />and final reading: <br />Caption: <br />
