Carlos Smith be authorized <br />to review the plans for Section 2, Brookglen Addition. <br />Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />5. Commissioner Burgin made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle, that a follow-up notice be sent to persons who have <br />not paid their paving assessments, and that the City Aftorney <br />make further recommendattons for collection of same. <br />Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />6. A motion was made by Commissioner Crofoot, and seconded by <br />Commissioner Boyle, that the purchase of a 1969 Chevrolet <br />patrol car, X2,611.54, from Jay Marks Chevrolet Co., be <br />ratified. Commissioner Compton made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Crofoot, and carried, that the following accounts payable <br />be approved: <br />La Porte Construction Company ~ 400.00 <br />Eugene Hovey 748.08 <br />Lead Supplies Co., /nc. 939.84 <br />E. P. Brantley 3, 247.56 <br />G & W Service Company 234.50 <br />Certified Laboratories 214.50 <br />Knox Askins 192.50 <br />+ + + <br />8. A motion was made by Commissioner Burgin, seconded by <br />Commissioner Boyle, that the purchase of 210 tons of <br />stone at X2.92 per ton, from Houston Material Company, <br />be approved. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />9. Commissioner Crofoot made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Burgin, that payment of .130.93 in damages due to a wreck <br />between Mrs. Wiljiam B.
