<br />2. The City Attorney introduced Mr. Bill Morris, /r. and recommended <br />that the City hire him to obtain Air Easements at the Airport. <br />Mr. Morris was requested to make a written proposal. <br />+ + + <br />3. The following bids were received for the operation of the <br />land fill garbage dump. <br />Sonny Applebe .2,550.00 <br />Mc Key Construction 2,700.00 <br />Commissioner Boyle recommended that the Commission used the <br />Cow bidder. <br />Commissioner Thomas expressed concern over the type of equipment <br />the low bidder plans to use. <br />The City Administrator was instructed to canvass the Commission <br />after they have had an op,~,ortunity to examine the equipment. <br />Commissioner Crofoot made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Boyle, that fhe City Attorney be authorized to prepare a <br />contract. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />4. The City Clerk was instructed to write Mr. George Lunday concerning <br />the removal of a portion of his fence. <br />+ + + <br />5. A motion was made by Commissioner Crofoot, seconded by Commissioner <br />Burgin and carried, that the purchase of two Scott Air Paks be <br />approved. <br />+ t + <br />THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS AT HAND, THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED. <br />~/ 1~ <br />.
