• • <br />12. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. Thomas <br />to advertize for bids to be taken January 21, 1971 <br />for cleaning and painting the water tower in Fairmont <br />Park. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Thomas, Kibodeaux and Crofoot. <br />NAYS: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Burgin. <br />+ + + <br />13. Discussion was held and plans presented on the building <br />addition at the North Side Civic Center. Commissioner <br />Thomas stated the total cost, including the changes <br />presented and the Atchitect's fee was X21,006.02. The <br />amount budgeted was X19,500, therefore he recommended <br />interdepartmental transfer of funds to make up the <br />deficit. The funds to be transferred to Capital <br />Outlay, New Structures, Budget Code 1-10-740-026 are: <br />Miscellaneous $450.00 <br />Mowing 650.00 <br />Cleanup 350.00 <br />Building Maintenance 2 0.00 <br />Total $1,700. 00 <br />Motion by Comm. Thomas, seconded by Comm. Crofoot <br />to award the contract to Cinco Building Corporation, <br />said contract to include changes as stated in letters <br />dated December 2, 1970 and December 18, 1970, which <br />are attached to and made a part of these minutes and <br />transferring interdepartmental funds as stated. Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Thomas, Kibodeaux and Crofoot. <br />NAYS: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Burgin. <br />+ + + <br />14. Motion by Comm. Thomas, seconded by Comm. Kibodeaux <br />that the meeting be adjourned.
