Uel Price and Mr. John Davis addressed <br />the Commission in regards to thru truck traffic <br />in Fairmont Park. <br />Mr. Davis stated there were "NO THRU TRUCK TRAFFIC" <br />signs posted in the addition, but they were not <br />being observed. <br />Comm. Crofoot stated the Police Department would <br />investigate the problem and take necessary steps <br />to correct it. <br />+ + + <br />5. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. Thomas <br />to ratify expenditure of $375 to improve the <br />chlorinator at the sewage disposal plant. Kibodeaux <br />to accept Mr. 1~skins recommendation to retain <br />Mr. Jim M. Perdue, of the law firm Miller, Gann <br />and Perdue, to represent the City in a court <br />action. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Thomas, Kibodeaux, Burgin <br />and Crofoot. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />7. Motion by Comm. Thomas, seconded by Comm. Crofoot <br />to ratify agreement with County Club Mobile Home <br />Park subject to changes made being verified by <br />both the City and the developer.
