Kibodeaux <br />to approve the installation of street lights at the <br />school parking lot on East "J" Street and at the <br />entrance to Baker School on Spencer Hwy. Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Thomas, Kibodeaux, Sampson <br />and Crofoot. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />11. Motion by Comm. Thomas, seconded by Comm. Sampson <br />to postpone for additional study the application <br />from Mr. Gordon Hart for a taxicab franchise. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Thomas, Kibodeaux, Sampson <br />and Crofoot. <br />NAYS: None. <br />• + + + <br />12. Motion by Comm. Sampson, seconded by Comm. Kibodeaux <br />to approve the plans for frontage roads intersecting <br />new Highway 146 and request that K,L, and M Streets <br />be opened with concrete curb turns and aprons. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Thomas, Kibodeaux, Sampson <br />and Crofoot. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />13. Motion by Comm. Crofoot, seconded by Comm. Sampson <br />to change .the meeting dates for October from <br />the first and third Monday's to the second and <br />fourth Monday's.
