• <br />• <br />C~ <br />Regular Meeting 8/21/72 - continued <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners <br />and Sampson. <br />NAYS: Commissioner <br />Christensen, Kibodeaux <br />Boyle. <br />CAPTION: <br />AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR SUPPORT <br />OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1972 <br />AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1973, AND LEVYING A <br />TAX OF x.92 ON EACH $100.00 OF ASSESSED VALUE <br />OF ALL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN <br />SAID CITY. <br />+ + + <br />• <br />4. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. <br />Christensen to approve the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of August 7, 1972 and the <br />special meeting of August 17, 1972 as presented. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Sampson and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />5.
