• ~ <br />Regular Meeting 9/18/2 - continued <br />• its proposed amendment to the present Article V <br />of the Texas Constitution, said proposed con- <br />stitutional amendment would completely eliminate <br />Municipal courts in the State of Texas. <br />+ + + <br />11. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. <br />Christensen that the meeting date of the <br />regular meeting of October 16, 1972 be changed <br />to October 18, 192. Motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Sampson and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />12. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. <br />• Boyle to approve paying Wyatt Hedrick X842.40 <br />for engineering plans and paying Mr. Robroy <br />Carroll 349.5'7 as reimbursement of overpayment <br />on the water and sewer line extensions in <br />Fairmont Park. Motion carried by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Sampson and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />13. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. <br />Boyle authorizing the Mayor to send a letter <br />to Houston Lighting and Power asking them to <br />allow verbal approval by the Mayor or any one <br />of the Commissioners in getting power supply <br />to a resident in case of an emergency, a copy <br />of the letter is attached to and made a part <br />of these minutes. Motion carried by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />• Sampson and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />
