Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. <br />• Boyle to approve paying Wyatt Hedrick X842.40 <br />for engineering plans and paying Mr. Robroy <br />Carroll 349.5'7 as reimbursement of overpayment <br />on the water and sewer line extensions in <br />Fairmont Park. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. <br />Boyle authorizing the Mayor to send a letter <br />to Houston Lighting and Power asking them to <br />allow verbal approval by the Mayor or any one <br />of the Commissioners in getting power supply <br />to a resident in case of an emergency, a copy <br />of the letter is attached to and made a part <br />of these minutes.
