Rev. Kenneth Wood addressed the Commission in <br />regards to the Morgans Point Baptist Church <br />building being moved toBlock 162 and asked <br />about water and sewer service to this block. <br />The Commission discussed the locations of water <br />and sewer lines and agreed that charges be <br />applied to the lots as they are developed. <br />+ + + <br />12. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. <br />Christensen that Mr. Askins be authorized to <br />notify Mr. J. E. Cook by letter to remove a <br />fence in order to open L and M Streets, which <br />was requested by Mr. H.C. Herzeld.
