Mr. James Spradling, the City's representative <br />on the La Porte Utility Districts Board, reported <br />to the Commission on the Board meeting of November <br />30, 1972. He stated that he was informed at this <br />meeting that he would no longer be a member of <br />the Board, as he did not live or own property <br />in the district, also that there would be an <br />election held on January 13, 1973 at the residence <br />of J. R. Smith, 19 Bay Harbor Drive to elect <br />members to the Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Spradling <br />reports on <br />Board meeting of <br />La Porte Utility <br />District. <br />Mr. Spradling commended the Commission for not <br />acting on the bond sale request from College <br />View, stating that while people may not realize <br />it now, the Commission had done them a favor. <br />+ + + <br />.7 <br />6. Motion by Comm. Boyle, seconded by Comm. Ordinance ~~944 <br />Kibodeaux to adopt Ordinance No. 944 as adopted - speed <br />read. Motion carried by the following vote: zones on E. Main; <br />S. "J"; S. 8th & <br />AYES: Commissioners Chirstensen, Kibodeuax, W.
