Final payment <br />Boyle to approve the final payment of $3, 395.24 to Baytown <br />to Baytown Utility Company, said payment not Utility approve <br />to be made until the clean up work remaining <br />to be done meets with Mr. Cline's approval. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Kibodeaux, Sampson and <br />Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />19. Motion by Comm. Boyle, seconded by Comm. Kibodeaux Final payment <br />to approve the final payment of $1, 232.50 to Aztec to Aztec Const. <br />Construction Company. Motion carried by the approved <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Kibodeaux, Sampson and <br />Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />• <br />+ + + <br />20. Mayor Pro-Tem Christensen read Mrs. Zula Stanford's Resignation <br />letter of resignation as a member of the Housing accepted from <br />Board and stated that Mr. Edward Felscher had been Mrs. zula Stan- <br />recommended as a member to the Housing Board. ford and Edw. <br />Felscher appoint <br />Motion by Comm. Sampson, seconded by Comm. to Housing Bd. <br />Kibodeaux to accept Mrs. Stanford's resigna- <br />tion and appoint Mr. Edward Felscher to the <br />Housing Board. Motion carried by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Kibodeaux, Sampson and <br />Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />• <br />+ + + <br />21 Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. Feb.22 approved <br />Sampson that February 19, 1973 be approved as Holiday for <br />as a legal holiday for the City. Motion City employees <br />carried by the following vote: <br />
