Public Hearing to consider <br />Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14 in <br />Residential to Commercial. <br /> <br />the rezoning of <br />Block 1373 from <br />Mayor Thomas stated the owner of lots 11, <br />12, 13 and 14 in Block 1373 has requested <br />the rezoning of this property from Residen- <br />tial to Commercial so that he could build <br />boat storage facilities. He asked if there <br />was anyone opposed to the rezoning that would <br />like to speak. There being none, he asked <br />if there was anyone to speak for the re- <br />zoning and there being none, declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br />Walter Roberson, Chairman of the Planning <br />• and Zoning presented their recommendation <br />that the property be rezoned from Residen- <br />tial to Commercial. <br />Motion by Comm. Kibodeuax, seconded by Comm. <br />Sampson to approve the rezoning of lots 11, <br />12, 13 and 14 in Block 1373 from Residential <br />to Commerical. Motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Sampson and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None <br />+ + + <br />3.
