Boyle, seconded by Comm. <br />Christensen that the City Clerk be <br />instructed to send a copy of Ordinance <br />No. 952, being the City of La Porte's <br />truck route ordinance,.to all members of <br />the County Commissioners Court and to <br />all members of the Port of Houston <br />Authority. Motion carried by the follow- <br />ing vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners <br />Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner <br /> <br />Christensen, Kibodeaux and <br />Sampson <br />+ + <br />9. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. <br />Christensen to approve the water and sewer <br />projects for the fiscal year 73 as presented, <br />a copy of which is attached to and made a <br />part of these minutes.
