Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />Motion by Comm. Mayor Thomas read the bid received for operating Concession <br />the concession stand at the swimming pool. The stand bid read <br />bid was from David Groos and John Armstrong. The and awarded <br />bid proposed to pay the City ten percent (10~) <br />of net sales. <br />Motion by Comm. Christensen, seconded by Comm. <br />Kibodeaux that the bid be awarded to David Gross <br />and John Armstrong to operate the concession <br />stand at the swimming pool.
