Mr. Westergren stated under the provisions <br />of the ordinance, he had six months in which to <br />obtain a building permit or the street and alley <br />that had been closed would revert back to the <br />City and he was asking that this period of time <br />be extended to one year as more time was needed <br />to acquire the financial backing necessary to <br />develope the property as planned. <br />ask for <br />change in G;.~ <br />• <br />
