Mrs. Evelyn Kennedy, chairman of the community <br />improvement program of the La Porte Literary <br />Club addressed the Commission in regards to <br />the Club's project of a city wide clean up <br />campaign with their goal being Sylvan Beach <br />Day. Motion by Comm. Christensen, seconded by Comm. Public Hearng <br />Kibodeaux to call a Public Hearing for 7:00 p.m., for Revenue <br />on February 4, 1974 on Revenue Sharing Budget. Representative <br />Christensen that Councilman James Cook, City to HGAC <br />of Deer Park and Councilman Asa Yeamans, City Executive C~ <br />of Alvin, be designated as the City of La Porte's designated <br />representatives to the Executive Committee of <br />the Houston-Galves Area Council for the year <br />of 1974.
