Accounts payable <br />Kibodeaux to approve the accounts payable as approved <br />presented, a copy of which is attached to and <br />made a part of these minutes. Mayor Thomas welcomed the many visitors present Visitors WelcnmP. <br />and asked if there was anyone wishing to address <br />the Commission. <br />Mr. J. H. Smith, Jr., 711 North 12th Street, Jim Smith <br />addressed the Commission in regards to questions <br />Commissioner Price serving on the City Comm. Price's <br />Commission and also being president of the right to serve <br />Fairmont Park Homes Association. Mr. Smith on city commissi~ <br />stated the question had arisen several times <br />in recent months, as to the City Charter not <br />being complied with since the Homes Association <br />does have a contract with the City for garbage <br />service. He stated that it was only fair to <br />the citizens and Mr. Price that the question <br />of Mr. Price's qualifications be settled. He <br />asked the Commission to have the City Attorney <br />give a legal opinion on Mr. Price's qualifications <br />• to determine if he was in violation of the Charter. <br />
