<br />r: <br />Regular Meeting 5/20/74 - continued <br />minutes of the regular meeting of May, 6, 1974, <br />and the special meeting of May 15, 1974. Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen,Kibodeaux, <br />Price and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />3. Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by <br />Commissioner Christensen to accept the accounts <br />payable as listed, a copy of which is attached. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br /> <br />4. Mayor Thomas welcomed all people attending the <br />meeting, and asked if anyone had signed in to <br />address the Commission. Mr. Bob Burgin of <br />10407 Winding Trail addressed the Commission <br />and asked to see a signed settlement between <br />the City of La Porte and the Southern Pacific <br />Railroad. Mayor Thomas explained that an <br />agreement had not been signed and it was still <br />in negotiations. <br />+ + + <br />c: <br />5. Motion by Commissioner Price, seconded by <br />Commissioner Christensen to award the bid for <br />replacing the air conditioning unit and <br />electrical service revisions in City Hall <br />to Coastal Heatin and Air Conditioning, at <br />their low bid of ~ 9, 407.48. Motion carried <br />by the following vote. <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />
