Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />7. ORDINANCE APPOINTING CITY CLERK -Ordinance No. 992, <br />appointing City Clerk was read by Mayor Thomas. Motion <br />by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner <br />Christensen to adopt Ordinance No. 992 as read. The <br />motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />CAPTION: <br />AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A CITY CLERK FOR THE TERM ENDING <br />• APRIL 30, 1976; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />+ + + <br />8. APPROVAL TO PAY FINAL ESTIMATE ON POLICE BUILDING <br />A final pay estimate was presented by Busch, Hutchison & <br />Associates, Inc., along with a letter of acceptance on <br />additions to the Police Building. Motion by Commissioner <br />Christensen, seconded by Commissioner Kibodeaux to accept <br />the recommendation and make final payment when the car port <br />leak and the door lock were corrected. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioner Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />• <br />
