ACCEPT BIDS ON EXCAVATING AND GRADING MACHINE - <br />Mayor Thomas asked if anyone had a bid for the <br />excavating and grading machine. There was no one <br />present. The bids were declared closed. <br />Mayor Thomas asked the Director of Public Works, <br />Mr. Robert Cline to open the bid that was received. <br />Mr. Cline read the bid from Hi-way Equipment Company, <br />Inc., for one Warner-Swasey Hydraulic Excavating and <br />Grading Machine, Model 300, Price F.O.B. La Porte - <br />$54,535.00. <br />• <br />
