ACCEPT BIDS FOR AUXILIARY TRUCK FOR RESCUE EQUIPMENT - <br />Mayor Thomas asked if there was anyone present desiring <br />to submit a bid for the Auxiliary Truck. There being none, <br />declared the bidding closed. <br />Fire Chief Sease opened and read aloud the following bid <br />for the Auxiliary Truck: <br />LUMUS BAYTOWN DODGE, INC., 2800 Market Street, Ba town, <br />Texas 77520. <br />1 - 1975 Dodge W-300 - 135" W.B. Cab & Chassis--$5,490.99 <br />• Delivery - 75 to 85 days <br />Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner <br />Christensen to accept the bid for tabulation. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />5. JOINT PUBLIC HEARING - CONSIDER REZONING CERTAIN TRACTS <br />OF LAND IN NORTHERN AREA OF CITY - Mayor Thomas called the <br />Joint Public Hearing with the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />to order, to consider rezoning certain tracts of land in <br />the northern area of the City from Residential to Commercial; <br />and one tract from Residential to Commercial with Special Use <br />Permits for Light Industry. <br />• <br />
